1. Definitions

  • Platform: the digital system provided by Reloca that allows Users to access migration assessment tools, relocation roadmaps, reports, artificial intelligence-powered features, advisor bookings and related services.
  • User: any person who accesses or uses the Website or the Platform.
  • Subscriber: any User who purchases paid services, subscriptions or premium reports.
  • Advisor: any independent professional, consultant or community member available for advisory sessions through the Platform.
  • AI-Generated Content: any response, assessment, recommendation or document produced by automated artificial intelligence systems.

2. General

  • This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Reloca and all Users.
  • By accessing or using any part of the Website or the Platform, the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
  • Reloca reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, notifying Users of material changes by email, notice on the Platform or publication on the website.

3. Nature of the Service

Reloca provides a technology platform for guidance and support in international relocation processes, including information on visas, immigration, housing and planning.

Important:

  • Reloca does not offer regulated legal, financial or immigration advice.
  • All information provided is for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee visa approvals, permits or immigration outcomes.
  • The User must independently verify all information before making any legal or financial decisions.

AI Content:

Part of the Platform uses artificial intelligence. Such content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information and should not be interpreted as definitive professional advice.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, the User must register by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

The User is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials;
  • All activity carried out under their account;
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised access.

Reloca may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of:

  • Fraudulent use;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Illegal or harmful activities against the Platform or third parties.

5. Usage Requirements

The Platform is intended solely for persons over 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The User agrees not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes;
  • Distribute malware or harmful content;
  • Reproduce or resell content without authorisation;
  • Circumvent payment or access restrictions;
  • Provide false information;
  • Use AI tools for deceptive or fraudulent activities.

6. Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

6.1 Free and Paid Services

Reloca offers both free features and premium services through subscription or one-time payment.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe, and are also subject to their own terms.

6.3 Subscriptions

  • Monthly or annual billing;
  • Cancellation at any time;
  • No pro-rated refunds except where legally required.

6.4 Right of Withdrawal

For one-time purchases, the User has 14 days to withdraw under European consumer law, unless they have immediately accessed the digital content expressly waiving this right.

6.5 Refunds

Requests must be sent to support@reloca.app within 14 days of the purchase.

7. Advisory Services

Reloca may facilitate bookings with independent Advisors.

Reloca:

  • Does not employ or control Advisors;
  • Does not guarantee outcomes or the accuracy of their advice;
  • Does not act as a party to the advisory relationship.

Any use of such services is at the User's sole responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including:

  • Software,
  • Roadmaps,
  • Reports,
  • Trademarks,
  • Texts,
  • Design,
  • AI tools.

All of the above is the exclusive property of Reloca or its licensors.

Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Reloca processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

Use of the Platform implies acceptance of these policies.

10. Third Parties

The Platform may contain integrations or links to third-party services, including:

  • Stripe,
  • Calendly,
  • Analytics tools,
  • Affiliate programmes.

Reloca shall not be responsible for the practices, policies or content of third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reloca shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses;
  • Immigration denials;
  • Decisions made by the User;
  • Technical failures;
  • AI errors;
  • Advisor conduct;
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Reloca's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User during the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Force Majeure

Reloca shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Technological failures,
  • Cyber attacks,
  • Regulatory changes,
  • Natural disasters,
  • Pandemics,
  • Labour disputes.

13. Termination

Reloca may suspend or terminate User access due to:

  • Breach of these Terms;
  • Legal obligations;
  • Regulatory risks;
  • Cessation of operations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in the European Union.
